The Epson B510DN is a color inkjet printer for use in business. What makes it different from many other inkjet printers is that it has a print speed as fast as a laser printer and print cost per page that allows a small office to save more money.

The Epson B510DN has a reliable paper handling. The paper cassette on the front holds 500 sheets, the rear feeder holds 150 sheets, and the output tray holds 170 sheets. Note that these numbers are only for letter-size sheets. If legal-size sheets are used instead, the printer can only hold up to 60 sheets.

The rear feeder is designed for special media too such as envelopes and photo paper, but the number of sheets it can hold for these types of media depends on the thickness of the papers.

Despite the paper handling that can hold hundreds of pages at a time, the printer only weighs no more than 24 pounds. However, it measures 18.9 inches wide, 21.6 inches deep, and 12.3 inches tall, so a person might need a larger desk if he or she wants to place the printer together with the desktop monitor.

While the Epson B510DN supports wired network, the lack of wireless support may make it more difficult to decide where to place the printer in the office. Dealing with cables is never a fun experience for many people.
