Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 4 – PS2 ISO & ROM (Game Download)

As the fourth entry in the series, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 4 offers larger maps, increased difficulty, and a gameplay similar to that of its predecessor with changes that make the whole game feels even more entertaining than ever.

The game has fifteen professional skaters, four unlockable characters, a modified career mode, returning money system, several online game modes, new tricks, and more features.

Features and Highlights

Among the new features is Skitching that allows the player to hitch a ride by holding a moving vehicle. Spine Transfer is another addition, enabling the player to jump from one quarter-pipe to another as long as they are connected to each other back-to-back. And there is also an enhanced version of Wallie called Wallplant.

Some mammal animals appear for the first time in the series, which include elephant, and Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 4 allows players to skitch the elephant. In fact, skitching an elephant for 30 seconds is one of the challenges available in the Zoo level.

The game provides nine levels, and Zoo is the level accessible only after the player completes the sixth level, London. After Zoo comes Carnival and then Chicago. The last two levels are accessible only after they are bought or unlocked using a cheat.

There are actually eleven levels in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 4, but two of them are exclusive to PlayStation 1: The Sewers and Little Big World.

Befitting its name, Zoo has a lot of animal exhibits which are suitable for skateboarding. Many of its challenges involves the zoo inhabitants too. In addition to skitching an elephant, the other challenges are scaring away dozens of birds, getting a gorilla back in the cage, distracting some lions so that the tamer who is trapped can escape, and catching some penguins which are trying to escape.

The other goals in the Zoo level are obtaining a high score, collecting letters of words, performing more than 10 tricks in the birdhouse, and grinding several welcome banners.

College is another level in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 4. Some of its goals are the same as Zoo such as collecting letters that make up some words and getting a high score. Skitching can also be found in the level but this time the player skitches a stolen car instead of an elephant. And instead of four banners, there are seven of them that the player must grind to complete the challenge.

Aside from the offline game modes, there are also several online game modes ranging from Score Challenge, Combo Mambo, to Goal Attack. The last mentioned decides the winner based on who can complete all the goals first.

In addition to Zoo and College, the other levels are San Fransisco, Chicago, Carnival, London, Alcatraz, Shipyard, and Kona. In all over the levels, there are cash icons containing a certain amount of money which later can be used to purchase stuff like clothes and cheats.
