Epson T1100 has a rather bulky design for a single function printer. It measures 24 inches wide, 12.7 inches deep, 8.42 inches tall, and weighs 11.8 kg. On the top front there are four push buttons, three of them have light indicators. The leftmost button is the power button that everyone has already familiar with. As for the rest of the buttons, the documentation describes their functions in detail, including the meaning of the light indicators when they are on or flashing and what actions that need to be taken when the printer is experiencing a problem.

Its draft printing mode allows you to save ink when printing documents since it uses less ink. To print at a higher resolution, you can choose the text mode when printing a text-only document.
