Survive the Relentless Attacks

Your only objective in each stage of the game is to survive. Enemies will keep approaching you relentlessly, so you must stay alert all the time, especially when a huge wave is about to come.

Each wave of enemies is a challenge, but the game lets you know when the waves will come so that you can prepare yourself well. The bottom of the screen displays a bar from which you can see what events will happen during a stage.

Each stage has one or more elite enemies that are harder to kill than the common ones, but not as hard as the stage boss.

Increase Your Level

Dead enemies drop experience crystals, which you must collect to fill the EXP bar at the top of the screen. Once the bar is full, your level increases and you get a chance to choose a skill.

Before making your choice, keep in mind that there is a limit to how many buffs and items you can carry with you. Also, the ones you’ve chosen cannot be dropped.

Items like pumpkins and magnets can help you collect experience crystals faster. The former kill the enemies that surround you, while the latter draw all experience crystals to you at once.

Choose Skills Wisely

Some of the skills include Smart Mind to increase EXP gain, Robust Health to increase HP, and Laser Cannon to shoot a laser. The former two are passive skills, while the last one is an active skill.

The active and passive skills can be combined to get a more powerful skill. However, the combination can only be done if the active skill is already at level 5.

For example, Shuriken can be combined with Powerful Launch to evolve it into Infinity Sword or combined with Lasting Mana to evolve into Hidden Fury. As you can see here, only the active skill evolves. As for the passive skill, it remains in effect.
