The gameplay consists of defending and attacking towers. Each player has several towers which they have to defend from each other.

If your king tower gets destroyed, you lose. If you collect more crowns when the battle time ends, or if you destroy the opponent’s king tower, or if you destroy all the opponent’s towers, you win.

Battle Decks

Each player has a battle deck, which refers to the cards that players use to deploy troops and launch spell attacks.

Elixirs are required to activate a card. They regenerate quickly, so it doesn’t take long for players to deploy the next troop.

However, some cards require more elixirs than the others. Players must take this factor into account before activating a card. One wrong move can lead to a disaster.

King Tower

The King Tower is the most important tower of the three towers each player has. You can still fight as long as the tower still exists, but if it is destroyed, the other towers will be destroyed automatically and you will lose at that instant.

The King Tower has a canon but it can only be used after a certain condition is met, which is either the tower is damaged or one of the other towers is destroyed.

Troop Cards

Of all the troop cards, there are three that new players can use immediately. They are Archers, Giant, and Knight.

Archers and Knight can be placed behind a Giant when attacking a tower. While Giant is slow, it has a massive strength that a tower can be destroyed in just a few punches. It also requires only five elixirs to activate.

It can be a difficult task to deal with a Giant that attacks together with a support troop. On the other hand, a Giant is very easy to take out if he doesn’t have any support, not because he is weak but rather because he is designed to attack buildings only.

The other troop cards are Minions, Spear Goblins, Barbarians, Bomber, Skeleton Dragons, Electro Spirit, Royal Recruits, Skeleton Barrel, and Firecracker, among many others.

Aside from the troop cards, there are buildings, tower troops, and spell cards. Cards are also categorized based on rarity, which can affect a battle significantly.
