The HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127fn is a 4-in-1 device. To be precise, it’s a cartridge-based laser printer. It also serves as a scanner, copier, and fax machine, with an automatic document feeder and supported by multiple connectivity options, HP ePrint, and HP Smart Install.

It measures 16.5 inches wide, 14.4 inches deep, and 12.2 inches tall. On the front right side, there is a control panel that combines both functionality and ease. It features a small 2-line monochrome text LCD and a numeric keypad for navigation, copying, faxing, and menu controls.

Scan, Save, and Upload Documents

The HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127fn has two options to scan documents. A legal-size flatbed scanner for individual pages or fragile media, and an automatic document feeder (ADF) to handle large volume scanning. The ADF can feed 35 sheets for scanning, one at a time. Scan outputs can be saved into your computer or sent as a digital attachment to an email address.

Print in Black

The 4-in-1 device cannot copy or print pages in color because it is built only to work with a black cartridge. Put simply, it’s a monochrome printer, which uses laser printing technology. The box includes a starter black cartridge that can produce up to 700 mono pages. As for replacement cartridges, each has a page yield of about 1500 mono pages. Since it doesn’t include color inks, the running costs is lower than those of color printers.

Mobile Printing

The Ethernet support enables the HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127fn to receive print jobs directly from mobile devices that connect to the same network. It’s all about convenience that can translate into higher productivity. No cables. No need to move files around. Just print your documents. Setting up the devices to connect to the printer, however, might not be as convenient as with printers that support Wi-Fi.

Double-Sided Printing

Printing requires paper and ink.  The more you print, the more paper you use. The HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127fn provides an easy way to reduce paper consumption. It’s called duplexing, duplex printing, or double-sided printing.

By printing on both sides of paper, your paper stock will last longer. There is a downside, however. The printer doesn’t have a built-in duplexer, so the duplexing has to be done manually. Flipping pages is a hassle, but the simple action can help you save paper and money in the long run. If you print a lot, you should consider switching to a printer that has a built-in auto duplexer.

It has a maximum monthly duty cycle of up to 8000 pages and a recommended monthly volume between 250 and 2000 pages, making it a reliable monochrome printer for home businesses and small offices. You can click the link below to download HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127fn  Driver for Windows:
