1. Make sure that you have already disabled your antivirus before installing Autodesk Maya 2025. Click the Start Menu, and open Windows Security from there.

2. Click Manage Settings.

3. Disable all of the protection features that are still running.

4. Disable the internet connection.

5. Extract the archive file.

6. Open the extracted folder, right-click on the ISO file, and select Mount.

7. In the virtual drive, double-click Setup.

8. Wait for the installer to finish the preparation. If the UAC (User Account Control) notification appears, press Yes.

9. Check the checkbox that reads I agree to the Terms of Use, and then hit Next.

10. Click Next to install Maya 2025 to the default location.

11. Select the additional components you’d like to install, and then hit Install.

12. After the installation is complete, click Finish.

13. Go back to the virtual drive, and open the folder shown below.

14. Double-click AdskNLM.exe. If UAC pops up, click Yes.

15. Wait until the window shown below pops up on your screen, and then close it.

16. Launch Autodesk Maya 2025, and select Use a network license.

17. Autodesk Maya 2025 is now activated.
