Street Fighter Alpha Anthology – PS2 ISO & ROM (Game Download)

Street Fighter Alpha Anthology is a collection of Street Fighter Alpha series, Super Gem Fighter Mini Mix, two hidden games, and Street Fighter Alpha 2 Gold.

The game is yet another popular release by Capcom for the fans of the fighting series to continue the battles between the many familiar characters such as Ryu, Ken, Chun-Li, M.Bison, Charlie, Sagat, and many others.

Features and Highlights

In all the games compiled in the Street Fighter Alpha Anthology, there are a number of battle modes that the player can choose from. First of all, the Arcade mode. In this mode, the opponents are controlled by computers. The close quarter combats begin with randomly selected opponents. After fighting several opponents, the player will fight a rival. What is meant by a rival here is a character that has some sort of relationship with the character that the player takes control of.

The rival usually appears shortly before the final boss. As for the rival fights themselves, they first appear in Street Fighter Alpha. In addition to the sub-bosses and bosses, there are also secret mid-bosses and secret bosses such as Dan in Alpha, Akuma in Alpha, and Shin Akuma in Alpha 2.

As with the rival fight, the Training mode also made its debut in Street Fighter Alpha series. The Training has three modes, one of which is the Normal mode that allows the chosen character to have unlimited health. The game speed, how the dummy acts, and the amount of the gauges can be changed as the player sees fit.

Another mode first introduced in Street Fighter Alpha series is Dramatic Mode. It allows the player to fight an opponent in pairs. In the original Street Fighter Alpha, for example, the player can use Ken and Ryu to fight against M. Bison.

The Dramatic Mode is improved in Street Fighter Alpha 2 Gold where ganging up an opponent is allowed in the fights between the player and M. Bison, Adon, Shin Akuma, and Sagat.

In Street Fighter Alpha 3, the main character and the sidekick have separate health bars. There is also Reverse Dramatic Battle. As the name suggests, it is a battle that gives the opportunity for the player to fight two opponents at once, which is highly tempting for anyone who is eager for more difficult challenges. Fighting and winning against two opponents in a fight is undoubtedly more satisfying than against one opponent at a time.

The Survival Mode is no less exciting than the other available modes. The player has to fight and win several opponents in a row. Points are earned for every victory, and more points are earned for victories that are achieved in the shortest amount of time.
