Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 – PS2 ISO & ROM (Game Download)

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 is still all about skateboarding, but it is the first game in the franchise to introduce online gameplay. This feature brought in the possibility for the players to connect to each other to have fun together. This online capability is no longer accessible, however, since the Sony servers have been shut down.

The game comes with 13 characters and 8 unlockable characters. There are also other characters but they are only available on certain platforms and three of them exist in Japan only.

Features and Highlights

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 has more than five main levels. The first level is called Foundry. In the demo version of the game, it is the only available level. The name of the level is based on the location of the match.

The next levels are Canada, Rio, Suburbia, Skater Island, Suburbia, Tokyo, Los Angeles, and Airport. Some additional levels are available but exclusive to certain platforms which include PlayStation 2 and Xbox, among others. Those levels are Cruise Ship, Warehouse, Roswell, and Burnside.

Of all the available levels, three of them are secret levels that need to be unlocked first to be playable. Those three levels are Burnside, Roswell, and Warehouse.

The career mode in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 is the primary mode. The completion tasks, which was introduced in the second entry of the series, is removed.

The career mode has nine levels in total, six of which has nine goals each. As for the rest of the levels, they are competition levels

In the beginning of the career mode, the player can choose a skater. In addition to the 13 pro skaters, a custom skater can also be created. What makes the custom skater in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 different from that of the previous two entries is that the game allows the player to create a female skater.

Free Skate is one of the supported game modes which is suitable for practicing various skateboarding techniques. In the mode, the player can skate in any of the unlocked levels. Since there is no time limitation, anyone can skate as long as they want to hone their tricks before participating in a real competition. To unlock a level for free skating, the player has to complete the level first in the career mode.

Single Session is a game mode where the player chooses a level to skate and accumulate points as many as possible in a certain amount of time. In the beginning, only one level is available. The other levels need to be unlocked first before the player can skate around them.

For those who are completely new to the game, there is a helpful tutorial mode. It has a menu containing a fairly long list of tutorials on how to perform flip tricks, lip tricks, and grab tricks, among others.
