Marvel vs. Capcom 2 – PS2 ISO & ROM (Game Download)

Marvel vs. Capcom 2 contains more than fifty playable fighters. Many of the fighters are from Marvel Comics and Capcom, while three of them are original characters.

Its game mechanics is similar to those of its predecessor, but there are some changes. Both are tag based fighting games, but unlike the previous installment where a team consists of two characters, each team in Marvel vs. Capcom 2 consists of three characters.

Features and Highlights

The three original characters in Marvel vs. Capcom 2 are Amingo, a humanoid plant; Ruby Heart, a pirate captain of a flying ship; and SonSon, a monkey girl with a charming personality.

Despite him being an underrated character, Amingo is one of the most interesting characters in the game. His moves are unique, he has a cute appearance, and he has the ability to reshape his own body to execute a number of attacks.

Ruby Heart is a female adventurer who has a hobby of collecting magical items. These items are a part of her weapon arsenal that allows her to attack opponents with unpredictable moves.

From the way she looks and how she moves, it is immediately obvious that Sonson’s biggest strength is her speed, but she can also turn herself into a giant ape that can throw punches so strong that they inflict serious damages even though the opponent blocks the attacks.

Sonson has three hyper combos, namely Passing Through Heaven and Earth, POW, and The Monkey King. She also has several special moves such as Wind Slicing Slash, Child Monkey Dance, Equaling Heaven Chain Attack, Air Dash, and Wall Walk, among others.

In addition to the three original characters above, there is also Silver Samurai, a mutant who relies on his sword and tachyon energy to execute deadly attacks. One of his special moves is dashing forward to perform several consecutive slashes which can bounce the opponent into the air.

Hulk, a highly popular character in the Marvel universe, also takes part in Marvel vs. Capcom 2. He is known for his skin color, massive build, ridiculous strength, and short temper. He can jump very high, make himself stronger by pumping more adrenaline, create a shockwave simply by clapping his hands together, and has an inhumane regenerative healing ability to boot.

Wolverine can also be seen in the game. He always rely on his Adamantium claws to defeat the opponents. His not so obvious weapons are his fighting experience, unbelievable self-healing ability, animal senses, and martial arts.

Thanos is another powerful character in Marvel vs. Capcom 2. He is a supervillain who has an incredible power and yet still seeks for more. However, his overall power in the game is not as strong as in Marvel Super Heroes.

Dhalsim is a familiar character who is also included in the game. He has a unique ability that allows him to use his limbs for attacks in ways that are impossible for ordinary human.
