When he finally reunites with the members of the gang, he learns that they are not as powerful as they were. It is the Ballas, one of their strong rivals, that has taken over most of their territories. He decides to stay and help the gang to restore their strength back to how it was, and so the struggle starts.

Players do not have to spend time fighting enemies and recruiting gang members day by day, however.
